Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to orders placed on Kondria. Refunds are processed to the original payment method after the cancellation or return is approved.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before they are marked as Shipped. Once shipped, the return policy below applies.

Returns

Eligible items may be returned within 7 days of delivery in unused condition with original packaging.

Opened consumables, damaged packaging, personal-use accessories, and items marked final sale may be ineligible for return unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.

Damaged or incorrect items

Contact support within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item, packaging, and invoice so we can review the issue.
